The shattered glass creates a sensation of her falling or slowly cracking. The side of her that’s in shadow and covered in cracks and fungi represent the flaws everyone tries to hide. She’s wearing elegant jewelry to distract from the fact that she’s cracking and there’s turkey tail fungi in her neck.
